		<description>Did HFCL take a look at Dell blades?  There are third party assessments across IBM/HP/Dell that show Dell&#039;s blades to win on energy efficiency for similarly configured blades.  Dell also beats IBM&#039;s server density given that Dell&#039;s blade chassis is 16 servers in 10u--better than any of IBM&#039;s blade chassis.  Add to that the fact that Dell&#039;s chassis is newer and has more capabilities, and it seems unfortunate that HFCL settled on IBM.</description>
